Effective June 1, 2026.
  • STU 100 – Tuition & Fees The purpose of this policy update is to establish consistent guidelines for the implementation, use, and review of program fees in designated academic and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs at the College. Program fees are intended to offset extraordinary costs of delivering high-cost, high-resource programs while maintaining transparency and accountability. Effective Jan. 26, 2026.
  • HR 340 – Full-Time Faculty Compensation CWI has updated the way we talk about faculty workload. We are updating all related policies, INST 030, INST 160, and HR 340, to reflect this change.  We now have one single standard for all faculty, full-time and adjunct, that outlines their teaching assignments regardless of discipline. Effective Jan. 26, 2026.
  • INST 160 – Exceptional Teaching Assignments / Overloads CWI has updated the way we talk about faculty workload. We are updating all related policies, INST 030, INST 160, and HR 340, to reflect this change. Because we now talk about “total workload hours” we need to update the language in the policy that notes how much above the standard of 40 hours per week faculty are allowed to be compensated. Effective Jan. 26, 2026.
  • INST 030 – Full-Time Faculty Compensation CWI has updated the way we talk about faculty workload. We are updating all related policies, INST 030, INST 160, and HR 340, to reflect this change. Utilizing total workload hours, we can also update the limitations on hours to ensure we remain in adherence with PERSI and other benefit stipulations for part-time employees.
