蘑菇视频网 (CWI) is governed by a volunteer, five-member Board of Trustees. Trustees are elected at-large from within Ada and Canyon counties for staggered, four-year terms and derive their authority from and hold office in accordance with State of Idaho Code.
The CWI Board of Trustees, in its commitment to openness and transparency, posts Board minutes once approved. The standard practice of public entities is to approve minutes of their previous meeting at the beginning of the next meeting. Given that the Board meets monthly, minutes will be posted approximately 30 days after each meeting.
