With over two-and-a-half decades in the corporate financial services industry as a Vice President of Government and Community Relations serving a five-state region, Molly turned her passion and expertise away from the corporate spotlight to focus on supporting mission-driven opportunities.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Boise-based software company with technology focused on advancing U.S. manufacturing, Molly also serves the local community through nonprofit and public policy leadership. Molly has extensive experience in leading change through community initiatives, organizational transformation, philanthropy, across-sector collaboration, volunteerism, civic leadership, and overseeing service and giving programs.

Publicly elected twice as a Trustee for the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍø, she also served two terms as the Chair of the Board. She is an expert in board governance, workforce solutions, and thrives in data-driven environments. As an active community volunteer and public servant, Molly currently serves as Vice Chair for Idaho Business for Education - a statewide executive membership organization, and as the Idaho State Director for Right On Crime, an organization focused on criminal justice initiatives and policy.

Molly has also served on the Executive Board for Faces of Hope Victim Center, Chaired the Leadership Boise Alumni Association, served five terms as Chairperson of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce Education & Workforce Committee, Co-Chaired the Idaho State Board of Education's "Educate Idaho Network", Chaired the Annual Red Cross Hometown Heroes Event, served on Boards for the United Way of Treasure Valley, Boys & Girls Club of Nampa, Nampа Chamber of Commerce Education Council, Treasure Valley Education Partnership, and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍø Foundation. Molly also founded Community for Nampa Schools, supported the creation of the Idaho Youth Challenge Academy, has volunteered extensively on educational and financial resources committees, managed federal grants, chaired high profile leadership search committees, and has led successful levy and bond campaigns.

She was recognized by the Women's & Children's Alliance as a TWIN recipient in 2009 and by the Idaho Business Review as both an "Accomplished under 40" and as "Idaho Women of the Year" recipient. In 2016 she was recognized by the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce as their "Distinguished Alumni Leader" in their Community Leadership Awards and received the 2019 "Circle of Excellence" recognition with the Idaho Business Review's Women of the Year Awards.

Molly has two adult children, and in her spare time enjoys the Idaho outdoors with her husband and family!
