Are you a certified Emergency Medical Technician ready to advance your skills in the dynamic field of emergency medicine? Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍøâ€™s (CWI) Advanced Emergency Medical Technician program is your next step. As an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), you will become a key member of the patient care team, adept at handling critical medical and trauma situations.
In our 10-week, in-person training program, you will engage in extensive lectures, participate in skills labs, and gain valuable field experience. Our classes, held twice a week for four hours each, are designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. As an AEMT, you will develop skills in critical life support procedures including CPR, IV placement, advanced airway control, splinting, and hemorrhage control, all under the supervision of a Medical Director.
Minimum age requirement to start this program is 18.
The cost to enroll in the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician program is $2,500. Beyond this, students should anticipate additional expenses for course materials required throughout the program.
Financial Information
Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements for Workforce Development classes are required at the time of registration. Payment and funding options are available.
