Schedule a Study Space

Find the space you need to study, collaborate, join a virtual meeting, or meet with classmates. Review room details, check availability, and choose the reservation method that fits your needs below.

Reservable Spaces

Focus rooms, group study rooms, and meeting spaces are available by reservation. Review room details, check availability, and submit a reservation request for the space that best meets your needs.

  • Focus Rooms: Quiet spaces for individual study or two-person use. Best for independent work, virtual meetings, or focused study. Not equipped with technology.
  • Group Study Rooms: Designed for collaborative work and group projects. Accommodate up to five occupants. Equipped with a display, speakers, and a webcam.
  • Meeting Rooms: Larger spaces for meetings, presentations, and group collaboration. Accommodate 8 to 24 occupants, depending on the room. Equipped with a display, speakers, and a webcam. 

 

 

Open Spaces

The rooms and common areas listed below are available for student use without a reservation. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis during building hours when the space is not already reserved for a scheduled event.

Schedule a Space

  • Log in 25Live Scheduling below using your CWI username and password.
  • Complete the information in the form.Ìý
    • Select a space to check availability.
    • For reoccurring reservations, select Open in Form.
  • Select Save to submit your reservation request.
  • Watch your CWI email for confirmation.Ìý
    • Reoccurring reservations will be reviewed within 1 – 3 business days.Ìý

Spaces may be scheduled immediately using the room scheduling panel located outside the room.Ìý

Reservation Guidelines

  • Reservations are available to currently enrolled CWI students.
  • Rooms may be reserved up to 16 weeks in advance.
  • Reservations made through 25Live Express Scheduling are limited to two (2) hours at a time. If the room remains available after your reservation ends, you may submit an additional reservation request to extend your time. 
  • Recurring requests must be submitted through the 25Live Event Form and are reviewed by Scheduling. These should generally not exceed six (6) hours in a single day.
  • Reservations must be used within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Once forfeited, the room becomes available for others to reserve and use. 
  • No food is permitted in study rooms, focus rooms, or meeting rooms. Sealed beverages are allowed.
  • Rooms must be left clean and returned to their original configuration.
