Support Scholarships

Invest in students — ĢƵ's (CWI) highest priority. Nearly 300 scholarships are awarded to CWI students each academic year, totaling nearly $500,000 in scholarship funds. Your contribution to scholarships will make a significant impact on students both inside and outside the classroom.

Gifts to the Foundation may be tax deductible.

“Scholarships are the catalyst for giving people in our community the opportunity to obtain the workforce training that enables them to substantially increase their lifetime earnings. When you give to CWI, you are getting a great return on investment as CWI is the leader in providing quality, accessible, and affordable secondary education.”
Mike Peña

Donor Spotlight

Nagel Foundation logo Thank you to the John F. Nagel Foundation for being the largest scholarship donor at CWI and for their unwavering commitment to student success. Since their first donation in 2018, the foundation has generously contributed $1,232,000 over the past seven years. Their incredible support provides $3,500 scholarships to up to 64 students each year in their second year of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, including Advanced Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Automotive Technology, Drafting Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Network and Systems Administration, and Welding and Metals Fabrication. We are deeply grateful for their dedication to empowering the next generation of skilled professionals.

Genral Scholarship Funds

CWI's general scholarship fund is a pool of funds made up of non-designated gifts to the CWI Foundation. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to students based on requirements set by the College and are not limited to a specific donor or donor's wishes. Gifts to the general scholarship fund can be made online, in-person, or by mail.
