Billing & Payments

Students enrolling in classes at 蘑菇视频网 (CWI) will be charged tuition and fees at the time of registration. Payment in full or satisfactory payment arrangements for each semester are due each semester by the tuition and fees deadline. Payments

Payments to your student account for tuition and fees may be paid online, by phone, by mail, or in-person using:

cash (U.S. dollars)
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit or debit cards
personal, electronic, cashier's, or traveler's checks
money orders

Online

To view your account summary and make a payment by credit card or electronic check, visit the Student Finance section of your in myCWI.

Phone

To make a payment over the phone using a credit card, please call One Stop Student Services at 208.562.3000 during normal business hours.

Please include your student ID number on the bottom left of the check.
Check payments must be issued in U.S. dollars, and drawn on, or payable through, a U.S. bank.
Refunds on check payments, including traveler's checks, will not be issued earlier than 15 business days after payment is received.

In-Person

Make a payment in-person using a credit card, check, or cash (in U.S. dollars) at any One Stop Student Services locations during normal business hours.

Payment Plans

If you are unable to satisfy the your student account balance in full, you may request a payment plan. A payment plan will allow you to make interest-free, monthly payments toward your tuition and fee charges.

On the check, please identify the name of the student and term being paid.

SPONSOR PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Sponsorship forms must be received by CWI by the tuition and fees deadline.
Students receiving financial assistance from an external organization should ensure the agency is aware of the payment deadlines and present a sponsor form, supplied by the sponsor organization, to One Stop Student Services by the tuition and fees deadline.
Students must complete a new sponsor form each semester. If for some reason a student's sponsor fails to pay charges upon receipt of bill, the student will be responsible for all charges.

Student Responsibilities

Withdraw from classes you do not intend to complete prior to the Last Day for 100% of Tuition and Fees deadline. Should you withdraw following this date, you will be liable for all charges whether you attended the class or not.
Check your student email account regularly for important information.
Delinquent account balances will be turned over to a collection agency. Any fees associated with the collection of the debt will be your responsibility.
If you owe a prior semester balance, a hold will be placed on your account restricting registration for a future semester. If you are already registered for a future semester, you may be administratively dropped from those classes.
