Novotny holds a doctorate in Business and a master’s Degree in Business from the University of Arkansas. She was a business professor for 20 years at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and was a culinary Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Montana. She has taught online business and English classes for Northwestern State University of Louisiana, Indiana Wesleyan, Grand Canyon University, and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵÍø and has been a Family Consumer Science teacher at North Junior High in Boise the last three years.
