About:

Adelaide Grunewald is one of the supervisors with the Writing and AI Literacy Center. She’s an Idaho native and CWI Alumni, and works to provide meaningful, lasting support for the student body. She joined CWI as a writing and communications tutor in late 2022, and now works to keep daily operations for the center running smoothly as a supervisor. She provides the WAILIT team with the support to help them excel, and directly consults with students to guide them through all manner of assignments.

A big part of Adelaide’s approach to education is providing students with tools and skills to help them succeed on their own merit. Enabling student actualization and lowering barriers to success are major driving forces in her work, which includes direct writing consultation, workshop running, and occasionally outreach. When not working, her passions include table top role playing games, LEGO collecting, and playing decade-plus-old videogames.
