Financial Aid
Book Charging Criteria
- Financial Aid file must be entirely complete/closed with One Stop Student Services.
- Students are only able to charge the net amount after tuition has been paid (taken from award).
- Be prepared to present a photo ID at the time of book charging.

Return Policy
Fall 2025 Refund Deadline: Thursday, Aug. 28
Textbooks/Course Materials
- Refunds are given for textbooks/course materials returned before the refund deadline.
- Textbooks/course materials purchased after the campus-specific deadline must be returned within seven (7) business days of purchase for a full refund.
- Textbooks/course materials purchased during the last week of classes or final exams are not refundable.
Digital Course Materials/access codes
- Ebooks are digital versions of an entire print book. Ebooks are refundable within 14 days of the customer accessing the content. Refund requests cannot be fulfilled if more than 10% of the product has been viewed or if any page(s) of the content has been printed.
- Physical access codes, are refundable within the refund deadline and must be unopened.
General Merchandise/electronics
- Bring back unopened computer hardware and software within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Clothing, school supplies, and gifts may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Purchases made with a check may be returned within 30 days if proof of check clearing is provided.
- Clearance items are final sale.
All refunds or exchanges require a valid receipt or packing slip. Please email bookstore@cwi.edu with any questions regarding returns.

At CWI, an array of course materials are available to support learning and assist students in achieving academic success.
Course materials may include:
- Textbooks or supplies purchased at the Bookstore.
- Digital materials included as part of tuition and fees.
- Required materials or supplies paid through special course fees.

How do I order textbooks online?
- Select Textbooks from the top menu.
- Enter your Student ID number or Shop by Courses.
- Select desired textbooks and/or course materials, add to bag, then Checkout.
- Create an account or continue as a guest to proceed.
- Enter delivery and payment method and contact information.
- Place your order.
Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
- Shipments within the Treasure Valley generally arrive the next day.
- Please note, some items may be filled by drop ship vendors. These items will take longer to deliver.

I have not received a confirmation email 鈥� what do I do?
- If you have not received a confirmation email after placing an online order, log back in to your to ensure your email is correct.
- If your email is displayed correctly, check your spam folder.
