Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø (CWI) is excited to announce new buildings and facilities on the College's main Nampa Campus, enhancing opportunities for the more than 30,000 students we serve. The investment in new infrastructure in Nampa will expand CWI’s presence significantly in support of students and the community. The College has partnered with   and  for design and construction.

Health & Science Building

Providing the western Treasure Valley with accessible opportunities for education leading to an in-demand career and promising future. The Health and Science Building will include: 

  • Consolidation of the College's growing Health and Science programs.
  • State-of-the-art facilities for health and science students to learn and collaborate with each other.
  • Enhancement of the student experience as a key component of a future quad.

Location: , west of the Nampa Campus Academic Building
Size: 60,000 square feet
Programming: Microbiology, Biology, Certified Nursing Assistant, Dental Assisting, Medical Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Practical Nursing, Registered Nursing, Surgical Technology, and Surgical First Assistant

Agricultural Sciences Complex

A growing campus for growing minds, the College's future Agricultural Sciences Complex will include: 

  • Modern facilities supporting Horticulture and Agricultural Science programs.
  • Two academic buildings, two greenhouses, a barn and working farm, experimental labs, flex classrooms, store/retail area, and student group and common areas.
  • Close proximity to the agricultural community to support collaboration and community events.
  • A student-designed, registered arboretum — the first in Nampa.

Location: Progress Way & Cherry Lane, north of the Nampa Campus Academic Building
Site Plan: 40 acres + approximately 38,000 square footage of buildings and lab space
Programming: Horticulture, landscape design, meat/animal science lab, floral lab

CapEd Student Success Center

Bringing together services, support, and resources. The future CapEd Student Success Center will: 

  • Support opportunity for student and community engagement in a central location.
  • Become home to several resources supporting the overall learning experience and student success.
  • Enhance the student experience as a key component of a future quad.

Location: , west of the Nampa Campus Academic Building, adjacent to the future Health & Science Building
Size: approximately 35,000 square feet
Services: Tutoring, Learning Commons/Library, Bookstore, One Stop Student Services
Estimated Completion: Fall 2026

Construction Update – November 2025

  • Building is fully enclosed for the winter.
  • Interior work is progressing, with third-floor drywall complete and installation continuing on lower floors.
  • All windows, except the curtain wall, are installed.
  • Exterior milestones include a completed roof, finished brick cladding, and metal panels nearing completion.
