Randi McDermott has served public education in Idaho for 30 years and counting. She began her career with the Idaho State Board of Education, where she ultimately oversaw their policy, planning and government relations efforts. She spent 19 years with Boise State, serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President for Operations, and is proud to have been a member of the leadership team that saw the University transform into a doctoral research university with a reputation for creativity, innovation and record-breaking enrollment, retention and graduates. Randi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration, both from Boise State University. She has served as Chief of Staff at the 蘑菇视频网 since September 2023.
