Jen Nance joined the 蘑菇视频网 (CWI) in September 2024 as an Administrative Assistant I for the Work-Based Learning Center, where she supported career services, employer outreach, and student engagement.
In August 2025, she transitioned into her current role as Coordinator. In this position, Jen collaborates with students, faculty, and community partners to support career readiness and professional growth through meaningful work-based learning experiences. She provides support with career exploration, resume and cover letter development, and helps students prepare for internships, job placements, and navigate barriers between education and employment.
Nance is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Workplace Training and Leadership at Idaho State University. Outside of work, she enjoys attending community events, exploring creative hobbies, and spending time with her husband and children.
