Jessica Gillmore turned a childhood passion for firefighting into a career path through Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø’s Fire Service Technology program, where she’s now preparing for a future in fire investigation.

The Work-Based Learning Center at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø is redefining student success by connecting classroom learning and real-world experience. Through a comprehensive suite of services, the WBLC empowers students to explore careers, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for the workforce with confidence.

Aaron Potter discovered his passion for software development at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø, gaining confidence and hands-on skills that led him to pursue a career in artificial intelligence. With support from faculty and a strong foundation from CWI’s Software Development program, he’s now continuing his education and helping businesses integrate AI solutions.

Ramiro Villafana, a graduate of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø’s Horticulture Technology program, turned his passion for nature and landscaping into a successful business. Through dedication, family support, and hands-on learning at CWI, he overcame challenges and now thrives as a business owner.
