This form is for public use to request Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµÍø (CWI) space for an event. CWI staff, faculty, and student clubs should submit facility/event requests through .
- Completion of this form is NOT a reservation.
- Requests requiring additional resources (layout changes, AV/IT assistance, after-hours security, etc.) must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance. Requests not requiring additional resources must still be submitted a minimum of 14 days in advance in order to allow time for coordination.
- CWI reserves the right to cancel an event at any time due to an emergency, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. The event requester will be notified of the cancellation by email.
