8474 High School Schedule Worksheet

Students seeking to earn a degree or certificate from CWI while in high school are asked to complete the High School Schedule Worksheet prior to planning and registering for classes. 

  • See page 2 of the worksheet for directions.
  • Be sure to confirm classes added to the worksheet with your high school counselor.  
  • Email your completed worksheet to your Dual Credit Coordinator or Advisor.

Dual credit students who plan to graduate simultaneously from high school and CWI must FIRST meet with their Dual Credit Advisor, and then complete the steps for graduation outlined below in order to receive a diploma and participate in the College's commencement ceremony.

ADVANCED LEARNER ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

The Advanced Learner Achievement Scholarship was created to help high school dual credit students successfully transition to college following graduation. Each year, select students will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to CWI.Ìý

To be eligible for the Advanced Learner Achievement Scholarship, students must be:Ìý

  • accepted as a CWI student seeking a degree or certificate
  • enrolledÌýinÌýsix (6) credits or more
  • and have at minimum 2.0 GPA.
