Prepare for the future with retirement plans tailored to your needs. As a benefit-eligible employee of CWI, you will have the opportunity to participate in a retirement plan. In addition to your contribution, the College offers generous contributions (over 11%) to your retirement plan. The plan assigned will be dependent upon employment classification.

  • Vacation: starting at 15 days a year, maximum accrual of 240 hours
  • Sick Leave: 96 hours a year, no maximum accrual
  • Paid Holidays: 11 throughout the year
